At Sassy Custom Creations, our aim is for you to cherish your order just as much as you loved the Backstreet Boys in the '90s. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Custom Product Mock-Ups:

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Before crafting any custom products, we'll provide you with a detailed mock-up for your review. During this stage, it's your responsibility to confirm all details are accurate. You're allowed up to three mock-ups for any necessary adjustments. Once we receive your written approval, production will commence. It's important to note that once the design is approved and in production, modifications cannot be made.

Returns & Exchanges:

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter a problem with your order, particularly if an item is visibly defective, please get in touch with us, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement. Please note that damages incurred during shipping may not be eligible for replacement.

Cancellation Policy:

For orders that have been submitted but not yet created, cancellations may be requested in writing and could be subject to a restocking fee. If your order is custom-made, you may be responsible for payment for any products procured specifically for your order. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled.

Coverage and Responsibility:

Sassy Custom Creations does not cover issues related to improper use or normal wear and tear abuse.

Local Pick-Ups:

If you've chosen local pick-up, we'll provide you with an estimated processing time and inform you when your order is ready for collection. It's essential that you pick up your order promptly. Orders selected for local pick-up must be collected within 7 days of receiving notification that they are ready.

If you are unable to adhere to this schedule, you may request, in writing, an extension for your pick-up time. However, orders not picked up within the agreed-upon timeframe may be removed from the pick-up location. Sassy Custom Creations will not be responsible for refunds or credits for orders not collected within the stipulated timeframe, as outlined in our terms and conditions.


Customers will receive an email with a tracking number when their item ships. Please note that Sassy Custom Creations cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages during the shipping process. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise specified on our website during busier seasons. Once an order leaves our facility, any delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.


Full payment is due at the time of order.

All content featured on our website (sassycustomcreations.ca) and our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, as well as content listed on our invoices, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Sassy Custom Creations or its content suppliers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances and in no event will Seller be liable for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss, cost of repairs, or incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract, strict liability, negligence, or any other cause of action arising in connection with the design, manufacture, sale, transportation, installation, use, or repair of the products sold by Seller.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Seller's liability, if any, under no circumstances and in no event, shall exceed the net sales price of the defective product(s). No additional allowance shall be made for the labor or expense of repairing or replacement.

Sassy Custom Creations shall have no liability for Seller's non-performance due to acts of God, war, terrorism, or any other cause beyond the Seller's control.
