The Real Life Collection

Because Real Life Isn't Always Pretty—and That's Okay.

For a long time, we called this our Mental Health Collection.

The name made sense because so many of the designs were created around mental health, self-love, breaking down stigma, and reminding people that they aren't alone. But as the collection continued to grow, we realized that what we were trying to say was bigger than mental health alone.

Because mental health doesn't exist in a little box separate from the rest of our lives.

It's affected by motherhood, relationships, work, friendships, grief, stress, burnout, finances, family, expectations, exhaustion, celebrations, disappointments, and all of the everyday things that make us human.

So we decided it was time for a change.

The Mental Health Collection is becoming The Real Life Collection.

And honestly, the new name feels much more like us.

So, What's The Real Life Collection?

The Real Life Collection is about the stuff we don't always put on social media.

The messy parts.

The exhausting parts.

The hilarious parts.

The moments we're incredibly proud of.

The moments we question what the hell we're doing.

The days when we feel like we can take on the world.

And the days when getting through the day is enough.

It's about the reality of being human.

Some designs will still speak directly to mental health, self-love, anxiety, overwhelm, and the importance of checking in with yourself and the people around you. But others might be about motherhood, relationships, everyday chaos, sarcasm, confidence, boundaries, healing, or simply finding humour in the ridiculousness of life.

Because real life is all of those things.

We Don't Want to Sugarcoat It

There is so much pressure to make life look good.

We're supposed to have the perfect home, be the perfect parent, have our shit together, stay positive, be productive, take care of everyone else, and somehow still find time to take care of ourselves.

But that's not reality.

Reality is forgetting why you walked into a room.

It's reheating the same cup of coffee three times.

It's being completely touched out and still feeling guilty for wanting five minutes alone.

It's saying “I'm fine” because explaining how you're actually feeling feels like too much work.

It's laughing at something completely inappropriate because sometimes humour is the only thing getting you through the day.

It's having a really hard week and then suddenly having a day where everything feels a little lighter.

That's real life.

And we want to create for that life.

The Hard Stuff and the Good Stuff

Changing the name from Mental Health Collection to The Real Life Collection doesn't mean we're moving away from our focus on mental health.

Quite the opposite.

It gives us the space to talk about mental health as part of the bigger picture.

We can talk about self-love without pretending you love yourself every single day.

We can talk about anxiety without making it someone's entire identity.

We can talk about motherhood without pretending it's all beautiful moments and matching outfits.

We can talk about burnout, boundaries, confidence, grief, relationships, sarcasm, exhaustion, healing, and everything else that can affect how we're doing.

And we can also celebrate the good stuff.

The little wins.

The ridiculous moments.

The things that make us laugh.

The things we're proud of.

The moments where we finally realize just how far we've come.

Because taking care of your mental health isn't only about surviving the bad days.

It's also about making room for the good ones.

Why the Messages Matter

We know that a shirt, mug, sweatshirt, or decal isn't going to fix someone's problems.

That's not what we're trying to do.

We're simply creating little reminders that can become part of someone's everyday life.

Maybe a message makes you laugh when you really need it.

Maybe it reminds you to give yourself some grace.

Maybe someone sees your shirt and says, “Me too.”

Maybe you give a friend something from this collection because you don't know exactly what to say, but you want them to know you're there.

Maybe you wear it because the words describe exactly how you're feeling.

Whatever the reason, we hope these designs create connection.

Because sometimes knowing that someone else understands can make a difficult day feel a little less lonely.

A Collection That Can Grow With Us

One of the reasons we love The Real Life Collection is that it doesn't have to stay in one lane.

Life changes.

We change.

The things we struggle with change.

The things we laugh about change.

The conversations we need to have change.

This collection gives us the freedom to create around the realities people are actually experiencing—not just what fits neatly into a category.

Some designs will be meaningful.

Some will be empowering.

Some will be brutally honest.

Some will be sarcastic.

Some will be a little dark.

And some will simply make you laugh because they're way too relatable.

There is no one right way to do real life.

Our Why Is You

That's ultimately why this collection exists.

Our Why Is You.

It's the mom who's exhausted but keeps showing up.

It's the person learning to set boundaries.

It's the friend who always checks on everyone else.

It's the person quietly struggling behind a smile.

It's the person learning to love themselves.

It's the person who is healing.

It's the person who is celebrating.

It's the person who is laughing at the chaos because, honestly, what else can you do?

It's the person having the best day they've had in months.

And it's the person who is simply trying to make it through today.

The Real Life Collection is for all of it.

The good, the bad, the messy, the hilarious, the uncomfortable, the beautiful, and everything in between.

Because we don't want to create designs for some perfectly curated version of life.

We want to create for real people living real lives.

And if something we create makes you laugh, makes you feel seen, starts a conversation, reminds you to be kinder to yourself, or simply makes you think “Yep. That's me,” then that's exactly where we want our designs to land.

Welcome to The Real Life Collection.

Real life. Real feelings. Real stories. A little sass along the way.

Our Why Is You.

Wear the message. Start the conversation. Embrace the real.
