Shipping policy

Sassy Custom Creation will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages in the shipping process. Seller will make a good faith effort to complete products ordered within a reasonable period.  Seller will provide Buyer with estimated processing time and tracking information, when available.  Seller assumes no responsibility or liability and will accept no REFUND for product(s) lost or damage by the shipping carrier.  All claims for damage must by initiated by Buyer directly to the shipping carrier. 

Sassy Custom Creations will provide Buyer with estimated processing time and will notify Buyer when their order is ready for pick up. It is the Buyer’s responsibly to pick up their order in a timely manner. All orders subject to Local Pick up must be collected within 72 hours of receiving notification from Seller.

If Buyer is unable to accommodate the schedule for their order to be collected. The Buyer may request in writing to the Seller for an extension on their Pickup time. Buyers who do not make arrangement with Seller after the 72-hour mark are subject to the Seller removing the order from the Pickup Location.  Seller will not be held responsible for a REFUND or CREDIT towards Sassy Custom Creations online store, if Buyer chooses to not pick up their order within the agreed upon timeframe, provided in the terms and conditions.
