Have a design idea, logo, or special request? We love bringing your vision to life! Whether you’re creating custom apparel for a team, business, event, gift, or just because, our custom order process makes it easy.

How to Place Your Custom Order:

1. Browse our custom order options online and select the apparel style, size, and quantity you would like.
2. Complete your order through our website.
3. After placing your order, send an email to info@sassycustomcreations.ca with your design details, ideas, wording, preferred colours, or any additional information you would like us to know. If you already have a design file, please include it with your email.

Design File Requirements (If Providing Your Own Artwork):
To ensure the best print quality, please provide high-resolution files whenever possible. Preferred file formats include PNG files with a transparent background. Designs should be clear, crisp, and sized appropriately for printing.

If we notice that the graphic provided is low quality, blurry, or may not print well, we will reach out before production to discuss any graphic concerns and provide recommendations or options to improve the final result.

Before anything goes into production, we will provide a digital mockup for your approval. This gives you the opportunity to review the design, confirm placement, and request any changes before printing begins. Once the design is approved, we will move forward with creating your custom order.
